We hope you love your stay in our fully furnished Beautiful Beaumaris Beach House. Our home is perfectly located in the tranquil beachside village of Beaumaris. Wake up to the calls of the kookaburras and take a 5 minute wander down to The Concourse for breakfast at one of our great cafes. Our safe bay beach with it's beautiful walking tracks and coastal artist walk is just a 10 minute stroll away. A few more minutes along Beaumaris beach will take you to Ricketts Point Beach and Marine Sanctuary where the sandstone has been worn down into a series of platforms, sea caves and offshore reefs – snorkelling is a must. Finish up with a bite at the iconic Ricketts Point Tea House.

We are surrounded by four golf courses, a coastal cycling & walking track and in the midst of the Beach Road cycling route. You can also head to neighbouring suburbs and learn to windsurf in Sandringham or eat fish and chips on the beach at Black Rock with its iconic wreck ‘Cerberus’ just off the beach. It couldn’t be easier and it’s all at your doorstep.

It is hard to imagine in this peaceful setting that we are just 20 mins drive to the vibrant restaurants of St Kilda and just 40 mins from the CBD. Southland Shopping Centre – one of the largest in Australia - is just a 5 min drive away. Alternatively, head to the Mornington Peninsula, just 50 mins south for a day in the surf, a soak at the Peninsular Hot Springs or delicious drive through the vineyard and foodie haven of Red Hill. No car? We are well covered by local bus routes which can also drop you at either of the local train stations in neighbouring suburbs.

Not that you ever need to leave Beaumaris! Relax at home, on the north facing wrap around veranda or lounge by the solar heated pool shaded from the afternoon sun with a rollout awning. Inside we have 4 bedrooms (master with BIR and ensuite), two living spaces, split system air-con and ducted heating. Our fully fenced home is also pet friendly!

Bedrooms: Some of the bedding is coming from our holiday home, so please feel free to contact us if you would prefer a different bedroom configuration and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
