We offer a very personalised service here at Bayside Beaches Real Estate and, being that we are a boutique office, we feel we have the time to do this well. We are local and have a thorough knowledge of both the area and the Acts pertaining to the real estate industry.
We endeavour to make owning an investment property a care free experience for you.
Rent is collected on a monthly basis and paid straight to you. We have a team of tradespeople that we have used for many years and trust with assessments, quotes and work carried out at your property. They are also a great source of feedback for us with regard to properties and tenancies in general.
We provide 6 monthly general inspections and attend at various other times throughout the year, by agreement with the tenant, to assess issues or discuss matters that may have arisen. Lease Reviews are carried out at least 3 mths prior to the end of a fixed term tenancy to discuss with you, as the owner, your next step in the rental property process....to renew the lease, to review the rent, to give Notice to Tenant etc. Periodic tenancies are reviewed on this same basis every 6 months.
