Lucinda Condon
Lucinda Condon is a Licensed Estate Agent, Director and Property Manager at Bayside Beaches Real Estate.
Being born into a family of local builders, real estate became part of her life from a very early age. Trips in the pram with Dad were really undertaken to look at all the local properties as they came on the market. After being educated locally and overseas, Lucy started in Property Management in 1992 and developed her skills in some prominent real estate agencies in various areas around Melbourne, such as North Melbourne, Caulfield South and Dingley Village.
She arrived on the Beaumaris real estate scene in 2001 and hasn’t looked back, establishing herself as the premier Property Manager in the area with many long term connections made with landlords, tenants and local traders alike.
Lucy finds Property Management to be both rewarding and challenging but more than anything she enjoys the interaction with the many interesting people she comes into contact with each day.
Lucy has been amazing with finding tenants for my three properties while I was overseas. Lucy made everything easy and transparent and with a quick turnaround so my properties were not vacant.
The chosen tenants were well vetted to ensure the property will be maintained and looked after.
